Welcome to Financix ("the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Financix lets you register your credit cards (bank, brand, last 4 digits, statement/cutoff day and payment day) and estimates which card gives you the longest interest-free period if you buy today. It also includes a gamification layer (points, levels, streaks, achievements and visual rewards).

2. Not financial advice

Financix is an informational and organizational tool. Its calculations and the "best card today" recommendation are estimates based solely on the dates you enter and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Always confirm cutoff dates, due dates, interest and fees directly with your bank. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We store passwords hashed and we never ask for or store full card numbers, CVV or expiry dates.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to break its security, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Gamification

Points (XP), levels, streaks, achievements and unlockable card skins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted or reset. See the Gamification Rules.

6. Advertising

The App may display ads served by third parties (such as Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products or services of advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo and code are owned by their respective holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from financial decisions, interest, fees or data inaccuracies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
